We at quizy set out our account terms to ensure clarity between us and our users about how the platform operates, what we require from you, and what you can expect from us. These terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute handling, and jurisdiction restrictions. They apply to everyone who creates a quizy account, whether you access us via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop.

Our platform operates under jurisdiction-restricted access rules. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online gaming or wagering is prohibited by local law. When you join quizy, you confirm that you are accessing and using our services only from a location where such services are legally permitted. You are responsible for verifying that your own jurisdiction permits access to our platform.

We keep these terms updated as our business evolves. We notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of quizy after such notification means you accept the updated terms.

Account opening and eligibility on quizy

To open a quizy account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction—typically 18 or older. You provide your phone number, email address, and personal details during registration. We verify your phone via SMS code and your email via confirmation link. You set a password (minimum 12 characters, mixing case and symbols) and optionally enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

We ask for your full legal name as it appears on your ID. This name is used for account verification and any withdrawal requests. If the name on your account does not match the name on your linked payment method or ID, we may hold or reverse your withdrawal until you update it. You can update your registered name by contacting our support team with a copy of your ID.

You may hold only one quizy account per person. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close them without warning. Sharing your account login with others is prohibited. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, including deposits, withdrawals, and market selections. We do not reverse transactions because you changed your mind about a market outcome or game result.

Account security: We enforce password strength requirements and 2FA to protect your account. You undertake to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

Deposits and payment methods on quizy

We accept deposits via six e-wallets—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet—and four bank virtual accounts: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet. We do not charge a fee to receive your deposit; the full amount you transfer arrives in your quizy balance. Some payment providers may apply their own transfer fees; we do not control these.

We do not hold deposits or impose a waiting period before you can use your balance. Once your payment method confirms the transfer to us, your account is credited and you may immediately access all game categories on quizy. We keep a record of every deposit in your transaction history, including timestamp, amount, and payment method.

Withdrawals and verification on quizy

Before your first cash-out from quizy, we conduct identity verification (KYC). You upload a photo of your ID and a recent selfie holding your ID. Our team reviews these to confirm you are the account holder. Verification typically completes within 24 hours; during high-traffic periods around Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi, or major Liga 1 and Piala Indonesia events, it may take longer.

When you request a withdrawal, we send funds back to the payment method you originally used to deposit. We do not redirect withdrawals to unlinked payment methods or third-party accounts. Our quizy platform policy on bonuses and disputes

Bonus terms

If we offer bonus credits or promotional funds, we describe their terms separately—typically including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game categories. Bonus funds are separate from your deposit balance and must be used according to the specific promotion's rules. If you withdraw before meeting bonus conditions, we may forfeit the bonus. We do not offer fixed bonus amounts like "our welcome offer bonus" or "our matching offer"—any promotional offer is displayed clearly with full conditions when you are eligible.

Market settlement and disputes on quizy

We settle markets automatically based on official results from the relevant league, tournament organizer, or event provider. For Liga 1 matches, we use official league results. For esports tournaments, we rely on the event organizer's declaration. For live-dealer games, settlement is instant as the hand concludes. If a market result is disputed, we review the official source and settle accordingly. If you believe an error occurred, contact our support team within 7 days of settlement with details of the market, your selection, and the published result.

Account suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your quizy account if you violate these terms—such as using multiple accounts, attempting fraud, using prohibited payment methods, or breaching local law. Suspension means you cannot log in or place new markets; your balance remains accessible via withdrawal request subject to verification. Closure means your account is permanently deleted; we retain anonymized transaction records for regulatory compliance.

If we close your account due to suspected fraud or violation, we may withhold your balance pending investigation. If the investigation clears you, we return your balance in full. If violations are confirmed, we may forfeit your balance in accordance with our fraud policy.

Jurisdiction restriction: Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about quizy—a market settlement, a payment issue, or account access problem—contact our support team through your account. Provide your account ID, the specific transaction or market ID, and a clear description of the issue. We investigate and respond within 5 business days. We retain personal data as long as your account is active; if you delete your account, we remove personal information within 30 days but retain anonymized transaction records for regulatory compliance.

We undertake to keep your quizy account secure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We conduct security audits regularly. If we detect a breach, we notify you within 48 hours and describe the incident, what was compromised, and steps to secure your account.

By using quizy, you accept these terms in full. If any term is found invalid under local law, the remaining terms remain in effect. These terms are governed by the jurisdiction where quizy operates; any legal action arising from your use of quizy must be conducted in that jurisdiction.
